Cause:

The bad phenomenon of scratch marks on the injection molded part is mainly due to the fact that the injection molded part interacts with the mold during the demolding process after the injection is completed.

It is caused by excessive friction between the walls and corners of the tool.

Excessive friction of plastic parts is caused by insufficient draft angle of plastic parts, insufficient mold structure strength, and mold damage.

Or the performance of the injection molding machine is related to the adjustment of injection parameters.

Improve methods:

a) Plastic

. Replacement of additive grade materials with high mold release efficiency

b) Mould

. Check the mold clamping line damage

. Increase the smoothness of the upper mold

. Increase the angle of mold ejection

. Check/enhance mold structure and strength

. Check/increase the exhaust duct of the upper mold
